How can I book a viewing?

What is the application process?
Once you have viewed the property that you would like to apply for you’ll need to complete a pre-application form. When your offer has been accepted you’ll need to provide supporting documents (i.e. copy of ID, proof of address, proof of employment) and a holding deposit.
We will then process your referencing, which usually takes a few days..
Once we confirm that you have passed the referencing checks, you need to pay the balance of the money before you move in.
On the day you move in, we will meet you at the property with keys to your new home and show you how everything works.
How much money will I need?
First month’s rent in advance and five week’s rent as a tenancy deposit.
You will need to pay a holding deposit on application, up to one week’s rent. Then the balance needs to paid once the referencing has been completed and your application confirmed.
Will I need a guarantor?
If you are under 25 years old we may ask for a guarantor. Your guarantor needs to be a UK resident in full-time employment. We will need them to complete an application form. Once they pass the referencing and credit check, they will be asked to sign a guarantee agreement.
How soon can I move in
If the property is currently vacant you could move in within 48 hours, as soon as satisfactory references have been received, tenancy agreements signed and the monies have been paid.
